Coordinating and maintaining subcontractor applications
Assist with Accounts Payable
Processing vendor and subcontractor invoices
Review daily workload and research discrepancies
Performs other duties as assigned
Partners in Construction, Inc. is looking for an accounting administrator to perform administrative duties in the Houston office. Reporting directly to the VP of Accounting, this individual will also provide administrative accounting support to the field superintendents. Responsibilities will include supporting accounts payable duties and maintaining subcontractor documents and purchase orders. This role will require strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills while maintaining a professional attitude.
